At Red Rock Fertility Center, we make every attempt to make sure your insurance benefits and billing are 100% accurate.  We have a team of billing professionals that are dedicated to getting things right the first time.

If you have questions about your bill, please contact our Lead Biller, Kendra, by calling 262-0079.

If you do not feel that your request is being handled in a timely manner, please call 262-0079 and ask for our business manager, Karima Jackson and she will respond to you within 24 hours to make sure your issue is resolved.
